Lady lamb the beekeeper - Billions of eyes

Lady Lamb the Beekeeper - possibly the voice of my generation - is at it again.

Billions of eyes doesn't present a move in a new direction or anything (I mean, who doesn't love nice guitar based alt indie), but it is some much awaited new material.

If like me, you spend a lot of time failing at life, particularly catching public transport links, this song is about to become your anthem.

Watch and read the lyric video, it's brilliant.

Emily Yacina - Pull through

https://www.facebook.com/emilyyacinaEmily Yacina is a New York singer songwriter who owns "charming" with her feminine vulnerability and inherent soft naivety.

Her latest EP, Pull through, features bruise, a fusion of fairy-tale wonder and early 2000s indie.

I especially love coming for you, its just strong signwriting and musical arrangement, and the strongest footprint on the EP.

Unlike work from Laura Marling and Torres, these tracks never come to a head, they are just pockets of melancholia and thoughtfulness.
